We set up appointments with them for a 30-minute sample session conducted by phone.

There is no cost involved. And, no obligation either.

The sample session is just a simple and risk-free way to “test the waters” to see how coaching works, how it could be of value and to get a feel for the client-coach interpersonal chemistry.
