In this short clip, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Desmond Tutu talks about what makes a good leader.  He notes that good leaders are servants and not out to self-aggrandize.  He points to Gandhi, Mandela, the Dalai Lama and fellow Nobel Laureate, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi for their strong leadership qualities.
